Apostille on registration certificate

Foreign banks, companies or authorities often require proof of registration with an Apostille stamp. We can easily help you with this and you will have the document ready within a few minutes. There are two different ways to go about getting an Apostille on a certificate of registration.

Certificate of registration with stamp and signature from the Swedish Companies Registration Office

If you choose for the Swedish Companies Registration Office to send you a paper copy of your registration certificate, it is signed and stamped by an official at the Swedish Companies Registration Office. Such a document can be provided with an Apostille directly with the Swedish Companies Registration Office’s stamp and signature as a basis.

Digital Certificate of Registration without stamp and signature from the Swedish Companies Registration Office

Certificates that are downloaded digitally and thus do not have a signature or stamp from the Tax Agency can still receive an Apostille stamp. However, they must be notarized before they can get an Apostille. A notarization means that a Notary Public certifies the document with its stamp, and when this stamp is in place, another Notary Public can then provide the document with an Apostille. We at Apostille24 can help you with both of these stamps if you come by our office.
